Free Zone Establishment: This is intended for new businesses that are sole proprietorships with a single owner.

Free Zone Company: This is for startup companies with two to five partners.

Local Branch: Companies that organize as this type of legal entity have to be based in the UAE and have been in business for longer than a year as well as being either branches or subsidiaries.

Foreign Branch: This legal entity should be a branch or subsidiary of a company that is based outside of the UAE and been active for longer than a year.
